Q – I want to claim a listing on your site. How do I do that?
A – Easy. Create an account so we may transfer the listing after the claim. Go on the listing that is yours and hit the Claim link. An administrator / moderator will transfer that listing on your new created account.
Q – Do I need an account to post?
A – Yes. Your account gives you tools for advertising your listing, better control over your ads and traffic insights on your listing efficiency.
Q – Is my account free?
A – Yes. We have free options for membership at 0 cost. If you want a stronger, more professional presence on Paragliding.Buzz, we give you options in updating your account to a paid membership.
Q – Is my account GDPR ready?
A – Yes, we don’t store any personal data, you have the option to delete your content and the right to be anonymous and forgotten. Some of your listings may still be available if shared on Social Media for short time, but the links will go to a 404 page since the content was deleted from the origin. Some of the content will still be available on Search Engines until the next update. If expressly asked, we may file a delete request manually, remains at the attitude of search engines to take down the results.
Q – How long my listings will stay online?
A – Based on the membership pack selected, we give you options to advertise until you sell your items if you post ads. If you post other types of listings, the registration period is 1 year. After that, you may renew for free if you want to.
Q – Should I register on your Facebook groups?
A – Why not? We have a strong presence on Facebook with two groups that have over 1000 members. We post your ads on Facebook too, it will be nice to have you part of our community there.
Q – How about Google, will my listing be present there too?
A – Yes. We use Schema ready listings that play nice with Search Engines. Also using SEO + SEM techniques, we promote your content in search engines for better traffic efficiency, client requests and brand awareness.
Q – If I have a company or promote my own brand, can I send you products for reviews?
A – Yes. Actually we hope to start soon a special section with revised services / products for paragliding lovers. We will return your items, start a social awareness campaign where we donate your items for a better cause, add functions for free to our website or advertise your brand as a sponsor, whichever option will see fit for you.
Q – Why all this benefits for free?
A – Paragliding.Buzz is a pilot edited guide. We run ads in partnership with Google to cover some of the expenses. However, we use your membership contributions to cover digital time spent moderating content.
