ALS Paramotors France – New Version of the SPIRIT or “how to make it light without sacrificing safety… “

The assembly following the concept ZERO welding of ALS, with rigid but flexible Ertacetal binding parts, allows for a simplified exchange of each chassis component at a low cost.

For each component a material with specific characteristics was selected:

• In the back part, the factory panels and reinforcements are in Alu 7075 Aero with strong resistance and very flexible
• Inox column and tank make the crumple zone
• Black thermolacated cage tower and anodized pullers made from Alu 2017 Aero allowing to gain lightness without losing in solidity
• The “spider” protective net in dyneema for robustness

Apart from these choices the chassis lost 2KG compared to the cage and stainless foot version.
